1. What makes your diamonds different from other sellers?
We sell only lab-grown diamonds of the highest grade:

2. Why can’t I choose color, clarity, or cut?
We’ve simplified diamond shopping by offering only one standard: the best. All our diamonds are D color, VVS1–2 clarity, and 3EX cut. This eliminates confusion and ensures every diamond meets exceptional quality — so all you need to decide is the size.

3. Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All our diamonds come with certification from IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America), confirming their grade and authenticity.

4. Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is origin — they are created in advanced labs instead of being extracted from the earth.

5. Do you offer settings or only loose diamonds?
We offer both. You can purchase loose diamonds or select from premium settings such as rings, pendants, or earrings in 18K gold or platinum. Customizations are available depending on your preference.

6. What is your return policy?
• Loose Diamonds: Eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, with all packaging and certification included. Return shipping is paid by the customer and must be insured and trackable.
• Finished Jewelry (e.g. rings, pendants): Eligible for store credit only. A polishing fee of US$25 will be deducted. Must also be shipped within 30 days, and returned in original condition with certificates. Customer covers return shipping.

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. All shipments are fully insured, trackable, and packaged securely to protect your item in transit.

8. Do you ship to Hong Kong and Japan?
Yes. We ship to Hong Kong, Japan, and select international regions. Shipping is free for all diamond orders.
