At Madison Avenue Diamond, we take pride in offering premium-quality diamonds and jewelry, along with exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below.

🔹 Loose Diamonds
- Return Window: Eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original packaging and certification (e.g., IGI report) included.
- Shipping: We cover the return shipping cost. Once your return is approved, our customer service team will provide a prepaid return label with instructions.
- Refund Method: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🔹 Finished Jewelry (e.g. rings, pendants, earrings)
- Return Window: Eligible for store credit only if returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all packaging and certification intact.
- Fees: A US$25 polishing fee will be deducted from the credited amount.
- Shipping: Return shipping is covered by us. Our team will provide a prepaid shipping label upon request.
- Refund Method: A store credit will be issued after we inspect and approve the returned item.

⚠️ Additional Terms
- Custom-made, engraved, or resized pieces are not eligible for return.
- Items returned without original certificates may be subject to a replacement fee or rejection.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the return is received.
